 New Support Helpdesk is now Online

Details In our continuing effort to evolve and bring about the most efficient services for our clients, we have now implemented the latest in support technology.

After months of planning and testing, our new Support Helpdesk is now Online!

In our continuing effort to evolve and bring about the most efficient services for our clients, we have now implemented the latest in support technology.

Whether you have engaged the services of Swish Connect for Web Hosting, Web Design/Development, Domain Name Registration or Dedicated Servers, the Support Helpdesk is for you.

The new Helpdesk has four main areas to help deal withyour enquiry. Simply select the relevant department when you contact us ... and don't worry, if it not quite the right department, we can simply move your query to the right one

- Accounts & Billing
- General

For clients of Swish Connect, the benefits of the new Helpdesk include:

Your Own Account
Every customer will now have their own Support account ... with your own login and password. You can either open an account directly in the Helpdesk, or one will be created for you when we receive an email/query from you for the first time.

Faster Problem Resolutions Every query received through the HelpDesk is assigned a unique Ticket ID, allowing us to track and monitor all issues received. The unique Ticket ID also means you can keep a track of your query, and reply simply be return email.

Ticket History
You will now be able to see a full history of queries you have submitted simply by logging in to your account in the Helpdesk. You will even be able to open each query and view the conversation between yourself and our staff.

Submit a Query Online
If you don't have access to email or you simply find it more convenience, you will now be able to send us queries online, simply by 'Submitting a Ticket' through the helpdesk. Further, you will also be able to check on the progress of your query and send replies all online through the Helpdesk.

Searchable Knowledgebase
Included in the helpdesk is a Knowledgebase that allows you to find information regarding commonly asked questions. While we are always here to help, sometimes a quick search of the Knowledgebase will provide you with the exact answer you are looking for.

The Knowledgebase will be constantly updated too, so there will be an ever increasing wealth of information at your fingertips.

News
From time to time, we will provide updates and relevant news in the News section of the helpdesk. Be sure to check regularly.
